Gen Namgyel-la will have cataract surgeries on the 27th & 28th of January. For the success of these operations, Geshe Tenzin-la will lead two special online pujas in January. We will meditate, recite mantras and focus our minds on successful surgeries, while enjoying the energies of the pujas. During the pujas, with a calm mind, focus on the purification of your karma in relation to Guru Gen Namgyel La. Recall the kindness of the Guru in order to generate guru devotion.
