All about Karma - 7hrs


This video introduces you to the Buddhist concept of karma, the law of cause and effect, and what it means to take personal responsibility. The concept “karma” refers both to actions done, and also future actions of the three doors; our body, speech, and mind. We are actually creating new karma every day, every moment. And it all starts in the mind, as an intention. Using examples from everyday life, we will analyze how actions determine their results – and cause us to experience either happiness or suffering. We will explore purification practices, such as meditation with four opponent powers.
