My dear caring and compassionate students, I am now home and awaiting the arrival of the dogs tomorrow. Therefore, today is a holiday of sorts, unpacking, putting away and settling back in. My neck is still sore, the incision goes from the right ear all the way down to the middle of the throat. A long operation, and we hope successful! I will be talking to the surgeons next Friday through telehealth and we will have more information then. I want to thank you all for the financial help, the prayers, the Reiki in fact everything you did in order to support and help me through this situation. I will never forget your kindness. I must also thank Ven Chödrön for her kindness in putting her retreat to one side and taking care of me in the city.
