Didn’t realise such a long time had passed. Nothing to report really. My GP is getting somebody to check the medicine I am taking to make sure there are no contraindications.

Still feeling breathless sometimes. We have had a lot of rain, which makes breathing worse.

I really enjoyed Letting Go last Sunday and look forward to the next one.
