Optician for annual check up: eyes are the same, no degeneration.  CT scan shows a bulge in the L4/L5 area which is pressing on the nerves.  This is from a car accident a long, long time ago, so it is no surprise to me.  Today blood tests to check for various levels of vitamins and cholesterol.  Tomorrow I have a review of my care plan to see if I can get visits to a chiropractor which I find more effective than physio.  Friday is a visit to the doctor to review everything else!
